I don't believe you can as there's no reference to the Payout on the BT object. Normally people do it the inverse way. What's the use case?

We have a excel sheet containing a list of balance transactions we're looking to relate back to payouts. Not a problem, we can work around it. Just assumed it may be available due to the data being present in the dashboard.
