I am a wholesaler of a product. When a lot of the product comes to me, then I take interest from the user that he is going to buy it. And when the lot is fully booked then I will charge the user it will be automatic

you can use https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-and-reuse to save a customer's payment details now, and then at a later point you can call the API to charge those saved cards(e.g. when you have your full booking).
