yaah, I looked into it. But the issue is that the freelancer will have to fill out their information to create a connected accounts and the money will be in their connected accounts.
they will need to withdraw manually from their stripe account to bank account.

That's basically needed for controlling the fund flow. A Stripe Account is needed for Payout

You can use Custom Connected Account, it's invisible to the account owner, only you as a platform would manage it
