Unfortunately not, Connect requires that the funds go to a Stripe balance before getting paid out. Are you trying to have the funds paid out faster or something?

Yes. The idea of having to transfer funds into an account first may add too much delay. Is there a way to do same day transfers that can be triggered automatically?

So from what I can see, the transferring of funds isn't what causes the delay. By default if your country supports it, we send funds so that you get funds paid out the day that they land on your account. So the delay is the bank itself sending the funds https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#payout-schedule
