Hmmm I'm not sure we have a canonical list of our error messages, no.

We provide a list of our error codes here: https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes

And decline codes: https://stripe.com/docs/declines/codes

But don't believe we actually list out the error messages that are used alongside those decline codes

And currently there is no way so I can test payments on expired cards for example, am I correct? because I can't attach expired test cards on customers.
