I am surprised that the merchant is redirecting you to us as really it should be them helping you with this.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure of the steps to follow to get in touch with the support team. When I click on that link, it takes me to a panel of questions, and I can't contact anyone.

There is usually a popup on bottom right portion of the screen, if not then there should be an option to contact support by clicking on this

When I click on that option, I end up on the same frequently asked questions page and I can't contact anyone. Could you please give me clearer instructions on how I can speak with someone about this incident? Thank you.

Unfortunately we can't help with that kind of issue on this server, we only really have the permissions for helping with coding questions. Our support team will get back to you as quickly as possible but their response times can vary a bit based on volume. If you want I can double check that we got your email and that it is in the right queue but unfortunately I can't push further on the email thread
