So I subscribed to a service on a website but the only way to access the service was through a free trial. When I tried to use the site it wasn’t good it was really slow so when I went to “manage subscription” from their site it just redirects to stripe and none of the information I would’ve put in yesterday is present, just the email address. So there is no way to unsubscribe. So I was wondering if it’s a bug on your end before I accuse them of fraud.
