To clarification where and who tell you?
I received an email from stripe and I contact them and they confirmed it.
I’m in talk to have my access back. But I was approved prior to the email after going through a lot of hustle. I am exactly using issuing according to the documentation
Um so you have a conversation already. I am afraid on this server we wouldn't know better than the folks there
But why would they do that? I was about to launch after going through testing for over a month. It’s a very hard burden to my startup. They didn’t even tell me the reasons or if I have done anything wrong.
Now I cannot seriously have much confidence and I’m already adding PayPal payout to my application. I have done so much works with stripe connect.
How can I escalate this to a highest management?
Sorry to hear that and I hope you can appeal to them again, but here on this server we are only developers and have no visibility onto how an account is assessed
But is my model not supported by stripe connect and issuing? That’s my question. I believe they advertise this type of business process
Taking a step back. Can you paste here the error on your video recording above. The "An account link can not be created..."
Also what errored request do you see from your Dashboard log https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs ?
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Here the message from my dashboard and there was an email to confirm their action. About the error on my app, that’s because I check if the driver has completed his signup through stripe connect. The error is because the api endpoint is blocked
Um sorry to hear that, and yes you would want to continue communicate with Stripe Support team ~
Yes, but in developer point of view, what I am doing isn’t it what is the purpose of stripe connect and issuing. Specially, my model is basically what Uber and lift have when it comes to paying their partners?
I can't tell unfortunately. It may depends on other factors as well and here my team doesn't have access into those factors and decision
