When you say "third party integrations" what do you mean? Something like WooCommerce?
For example Acuity scheduling allows you to connect Stripe as your payment processor
What type of Connect accounts do you have? Standard? Express? Custom?

I'm not sure what you mean by that, but generally no. Express accounts have to use mostly Stripe-hosted workflows in order to function.
