How many customers do you have? Why would you need to duplicate your account?

6 customers. My current account were customers are were linked to a Jotform and even after deleting the Stripe connection to my Jotform I am not able to use that Stripe account on another site, particularly Subbly. It is saying the account would not be released. I just need this problem solved and I don't know how to do that
