Just checked internally on our Eng teams investigations of this and they are still working on it. It looks to be some sort of sporadic race condition as far as they can tell right now.

Sure but the reality is that they likely have less insight into what is going on. I'd recommend asking them to escalate you as you have already talked to us on discord and we identified that this is a bug and it is being worked on.
