Hi. We have a customer on a sub. They had a payment fail (evt_0N7It4EHSdXPilfD3cAVGTCf is when the payment failed)
To resolve, they've gone in to the customer portal and they've added a BACS card instead (they did this yesterday). I just wanted to confirm that this BACS card will be used to take payment - is that the case or do we need to do something to tell striipe "hey, stop trying that card and use this BACS"
(Customer support have been in today and removed the card as a payment method - hoping it will trip stripe into trying the BACS PM sooner)
If they updated their payment method using the Customer Portal for that Subscription, then Stripe will use that PaymentMehtod
It hasn't done so yet - is it just waiting for the bank auth to do so?
I can see that the customer cus_A5UKj2luuVcT0I has the new BACS PM pm_0N89k4EHSdXPilfDnNkVJOBL set as a default paymentmethod, it was created yesterday.
