We sent them an email two days ago, and no response, hence why we are trying DC

We were also able to login just fine, two days ago (no changes from our end) yet it all of the sudden wont allow the password my colleague uses (tried it myself as well). We have 2FA so we know nothing has been compromised. Still a huge issue not receiving any emails from stripe ...
