Hey @bold vortex ! I've never heard of Elementor or what it is so it's not really something I will be able to help directly with.
Overall, our recommendation if you're just getting started as a developer would be to use Checkout https://stripe.com/docs/billing/quickstart

Hi! It's a webpage editor, maybe you heard of WordPress, Elementor is like a "plugin", but if you know something about implementing it on Wordpress it would be useful too.
Otherwise, the thing about implementing it on elementor, it's a box where I can paste the code in javascript and the style in html.

My idea is to create an html for the style and a script.js for receiving the request and sending it to my endpoint of my python project and create there the stripe functions to create the subscription of the client.

If you know how to help me with all this that would be great, if not don't worry! And thanks anyway!

What you described makes sense yes. But I can't really help you write this end to end. I can answer questions if you have specific ones

My advice is still to use Checkout, this would make your integration drastically easier
