Just looked at his stripe account with him so it shows the “Gross volumes” matching the $23.31 (22.33 with stripes fees) but it isn’t showing as a payout for them. And it is showing as a payout for 'Drivee the platform', so the money is going to our account just not sure why the vendor received the alert about the service fee going to their account.

All the invoice amount of that payment was sent to the connected account:

When you've created the invoice, you configured the invoice to transfer all the amount to the that Connected Account:
