We are trying to test all the flows in production using stripe payment gateway by using a live credit card. As we have used it multiple times it is detected as fraud and blocked by stripe

We are blocked with the testing now

Yes. you can't do test in live mode. It impact the risk evaluation of your business.

Test need to be in test mode and not in live mode/productions

In live mode, accept only live and real transaction from customer otherwise their risk evaluation will be impacted.

And do test in test mode.
