well i dont have any event currently because with the 7 day delay

If you use automatic payout, you can use Balance Transactions API to retrieve the transfers/charges/refund of a payout: https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#charges-in-payout

That will not be possible as well. I'd recommend waiting for one payout.paid event to happen and re-use it for testing
