i need to make a discount or make a subscription payment for specific month to be skipped

For example the next month in the billing date i need to set the invoice to Zero

You can leverage Credit Balance here, https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/customer/balance. The credit is applied to the next invoice automatically and will zero out the next invoice.

It's possible, as you saw earlier the invoice's discount took the amount owed to $0.
