Still looking but I'll keep this thread open and provide an update as soon as I can.
Thanks so much. I should note that it's occurring for some users and not for others, but it's happening for the one I freshly created, and I'm going back through previous test users and finding some hit the same error page.

And I just tested with another fresh user, to double-double-check, and I'm also getting "Page couldn't load" for that one. That's my last note, though. I'll wait for more updates.
