Yes I tried on my end with the exact values and everything works, but the icon next to the phone number shows an American symbol on my end (not the UK symbol)
I wonder if that's the issue then where we think their phone number is supposed to be UK based and so we reject it
is it a US customer with a US phone number but UK address?
No the address and everything is all US. Not sure what his IP is.
Maybe he is using a VPN or something from the UK?
or maybe he's based in the UK

No I don't, can I find that in the Stripe dashboard somewhere? I have his email and contact info. Let me check the webhook logs.
Yeah without finding the exact session it's going to be tough. I don't think it's anything you did with your code though. I would recommend that you ask your end customer for the exact URL they are on with that error and then contact our support team directly and they can help you debug this: https://support.stripe.com/contact
I suppose I could just try the same values with a UK vpn.

like looking more closely at your original picture, it's not the UK flag and I wonder if they picked the wrong one, but asking them exactly would help at least
Yeah, switching that flag throws an invalid phone number error. That must be it.
They had selected Turks & Caicos Islands
gotcha so yeah they need to switch back
