Hi 👋 the Customer Portal is a feature of Stripe Billing, so it displays information about a Customers Invoices and Subscriptions. It does not show information regarding one-time payments.

Is they a way to show the receipts or any alternative solution?

I don't believe so, you would need to custom build that functionality.
