I have a peculiar situation where after updating server-side DLLs to latest I have some devices getting the charges property, and some getting the latest_charge property. My understanding was that the charges property was removed based on the docs, but I'm still trying to access the payment method details for card_present and interac_present client-side

Yeah as far as I know there's no way to expand the PI while using processPayment - you'd need to re-retrieve it serverside
