Did you cancel at period end instead of immediately?
If so, you won't receive a customer.subscription.deleted until the end of the period when your subscription will actually be cancelled
but is the user subscribed, and payed the first payment, would they get a refund? or partial refund?
Not if you cancel at period end
Cancelling doesn't issue a refund at all
You'd need to manually issue them a refund if that's the behavior you want
and if there is a metered usage, would they be charged for it?
and how can I know from the webhook that the subscription is canceled? I need to know to block them from the app

Not what I mean. There's 2 ways to cancel: immediately and then at period end
If you share the subscription id I can see what you did
oh got you, I missed that part: "Your plan will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing period on June 11, 2023."
so the next invoice will be sent at June 11 and then I will receive the customer.subscription.deleted webook?
