I have run successful MOTO payments on the connected account but connected to a different Test Platform account

when I connected the Test account to a different Stripe Platform account (all done with the intent of testing) the MOTO fails with 400. So I assume the Stripe Platform account need to be MOTO enabled as well, right?

so which account need enabling with MOTO: the connected account or the Platform account or both?

Well depends on the integration. If you are creating charges via the platform on the Connected Account then you need the platform enabled.

But if the Connected Account is creating charges themselves, then they would need it enabled.

So you should just explain what your integration is doing to Support and they will enable it appropriately

Moto is enabled here. As I've mentioned above. The engineers are providing an unknown parameter for the payment method that's why they're getting an error to this.
Can you ask them which command code are they using to create a moto payment?

I feel your pain but all I can say is tell that to your support team... i don't understand why me as a client have to chase these things

is there a possibility for someone from your team to contact Stripe support. The person I'm dealing with is really not helpful
