so it seems normal that nothing has happened yet. The subscription creates new invoices at about 22:00 UTC on the 11th of each month, and we're not at that time yet.

I understand, but in the settings for sending emails from subscriptions, it is configured to send the bill 2 days before the expiration date. In this case of being sent only 9 hours from now, if she does not pay exactly when it is generated, the invoice status is incomplete, and the student loses access to the application and this is being very frustrating for the students, because they do not receive the ticket in advance. In fact, several are saying that they never receive the slip, and then we have to send them manually.
