Sorry tried that already since a week. No one really helped and email support isn't answering mails since days anymore.
I'm just the technical manager, but the CEO isn't happy anymore and is already figuring out any legal steps. I think so issue could be solved so easily by just sending the money to our stripe account. I don't see the real problem here.
But there's no real contact available to clarify and sort out.
