It's what it says: the tok_xxx object was created in Test mode, while here you are calling an API against it in Live mode

Um that's different account and on the account you got the error it's because of too many retries already (on the specific account)

So is this feedback from the card issuer? If so, there's nothing you can do on your end

It's different per account, because on the HK account you might have been having other declines with that card before

#

So in the same account, if there are declines of the same card, it's more likely the card will get declined again because of "too many retries"

You could write into Support asking them to clarify what declines are those? They would be able to assist you better than my team here
