Digging now. Will circle back when I have some more info
Sounds good, appreciate it!
Does it seem to be coming from a specific type of card? e.g. mastercard, discover, etc.
Let me grab that information
No worries. It looks like the older 500 error was irrelevant (the one you posted first). I'm still digging, but I think this was a brief error that occurred on May 4th that has since been resolved.
Oh gotcha, was there an incident report or anything similar on this by any chance?
that's what I'm checking for right now
Oh awesome, thank you
okay, yeah it looks like it may have been 1 of potentially 2 glitches. I'm having a bit of trouble locating any sort of report, but you can view this from your dashboard to see all the errors that occurred. Most of them are idempotency retries, so the overall number of individual charges should be quite small comparatively: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs?showIP=false&success=false&method[0]=post&method[1]=delete&path=%2Fv1%2Fcharges&direction[0]=self&direction[1]=connect_in&error_type=api_error
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Sounds good, appreciate the findings 🙂
