If both accounts are in the same region you can use account debits https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits

Otherwise you may need to use our normal payment flows to save a payment method from each account to charge as needed.

And there are other options that platforms sometimes use. Like if a connected account owes you $50 you could take $50 out of the funds that would otherwise go to them across their next however many payments
