Where did you see error code 1001? Stripe doesn't have this error and our error code looks like this: https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes
It's in the software that's using stripe to process payments
My stripe rep asked me to ask the question on here. The other software company told me it was a stripe issue

Do you have a Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) associated to this error?
It's likely that the Reinvent re-maps Stripe error code into their own, which we have no idea what 1001 error in their mapping means
If you are able to provide the Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx), I can check the reason of failure from Stripe for you

Um this isn't a response code from Stripe. Do you have access to your Stripe Dashboard? Do you have any Id from it?
I don't show any failed attempts in Stripe. They must not have setup correctly. I have an email back into them on this.
