Do you want to cancel the 6 subscriptoins, or just update them to the new $39 price?

Hi guys

#

I want them to get charged $39 and not $99 during their 2nd month and going further. What ever is the correct way. I'll email them individually to notify them.

Hi there 👋 taking over, as my colleague needs to step away

Give me a few minutes to get caught up.

#

The simplest way to do this would be to cancel the subscriptions and recreate them. Is that a thing that would work for you? Or is there some need for keeping these exact subscriptions intact?

Sure. I'm fine with that. How do I cancel the subscription of these 6 in the dashboard?

I can then email them the good news that the pricing has dropped.

#

thx for your help @vestal frigate

Sorry for the missed question. You can navigate to each Subscription view and click on the Actions dropdown menu at the top right

I don't see something to cancel subscription.

vestal frigate

That looks like the Customer view. You need to look at the actual subscription

#

ohhhhh

#

Updating subscription won't work?

#

I have to cancel their subscription and tell them to resubscribe via the website again?

Like I said, you can do either, it just depends on what you want and how you want to handle prorations. Are you using the API at all? Or are you exclusively using the Dashboard?

#

You should really create a test subscription first and make sure you know how it will behave before making adjustments to live subscriptions

The website uses the API with my developer.

I would really recommend testing this before you modify live mode subscriptions.

Good idea.
Can I also update my products and just change the price?

from $99 to $39 for monthly
from $999 to $399 for yearly
