Hi 👋 I believe you're referring to Payouts (the process of moving funds from a Stripe account to its associated bank account). Do you know if the Platform you're using manually controls your payouts or allows our automatic processes to run?

If the platform controls your payout timing, you'll want to speak with them. If they're using automatic payouts then the timing of those is dependent on your country:

It's also worth noting that it is expected for the first payout to take 7-14 days to be created:
