What kind of Connected account are you using? Generally it is better to use direct charges for Standard accounts and destination charges for Express or Custom accounts. Looking in to how to get all three of those but I just wanted to mention that as it may not be worth it to try to do direct charges with say an Express account

Hey apologies still looking in to this. It is looking like it may not be possible to have all three with direct charges at the moment. I think you would have to choose between Destination charges + Tax but with your platform details or switching to Standard accounts and Direct charges

Is there a specific piece of info from your connected account that you are looking to set or display on these invoices?

Just the normal address/contact info from that connected account, as sender of the invoice

Unfortunately it is looking like there is not a workaround here that lets you get all three for Destination + OBO charges. I can definitely create or add feedback to allow this in future. For now it will have to be a tradeoff between Express + Destination (+ potentially OBO) where you can only get two out of three of those or Direct charges where it does look like you can get all three but of course the Standard + Direct may not have the advantages that you were looking to use Express for.
