Hi I am facing an issue with stripe terminal
I am getting above error even though I have connected with Same Network
what's your device? is it the wise pos e?
have you gone through the troubleshooting steps here? https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/readers/bbpos-wisepos-e#troubleshooting
Note: It's a web application and Both devices are connected to the Same Internet. Even In stripe, it's showing the device is online.
Have you checked the steps provided in https://support.stripe.com/questions/terminal-connectivity-issues ?
Like ensuring the following protocols, ports, and IP addresses are allowlisted within your LAN:
- TCP port 4443
- TCP port 443 (HTTPS)
- UDP port 53 (DNS)
And all the domains listed on https://stripe.com/docs/ips must be allowlisted within your firewall settings.
The online status in the Dashboard means Stripe is able to connect from Stripe server, but it doesn't mean that it can be connected from your application's local network if protocols, ports or IP addressed are blocked within your LAN
