Hi there! I recommend getting in touch with the Gravity Forms support team, as they'll know best on how their Stripe integration handles this. Note that when integrating directly with the Stripe API, we don't deduplicate on name and email address; it's possible for two customer objects to be created with the same email address
I have and they said Stripe is not recognizing the email address is identical
So how are customers' info saved?
I recommend continuing to work with their team. What their integration likely needs to do is associate the customer from your end with the Stripe customer ID you've created, and/or search your account for any customers who already have that email address
