Can you provide a bit more context on what you're trying to do? There's no single API endpoint to know if customer has 3DS or not but there might be alternatives

this is the situation
our crm has a customer service where a phone agent can upgrade the customer subscription
invoices are charged to whatever its default payment method is
problem is, with 3ds cards additional steps are required
so any update to subscription will remain on pending until customer authenticates with 3ds and all that stuff
so, how could our phone agent upgrade a customer subscription, who was 3ds enabled on its default payment method
??
we thinking on email, but customer might have no email registered
Yeah I think sending an email to your customer for 3DS auth would be the best way to move forward here, I don't think there are any alternatives really.
3DS would need to happen and the customer themselves must do it
