Can you tell me more about the context in which you are getting this error?

Did you for example just charge the customer and want to send some of the funds immediately to the connected account? Or is this not directly related to one payment?

we are using Connect. When a user withdraw the fund, we do not have sufficient fund in our account and thus it show an error.

Okay so this is not linked to one payment.

You would need to tell the user that they cannot make the withdrawal and then find a way to get more funds on your account.
