It might be related to the fact that it was refunded, but I am not sure.

Many thanks, so it's possible it was refunded before the SEPA process was fully completed and therefore no balance change was made in the account?

I'm seeing the refund and the charge were made the same day with almost half an hour of difference (2023-05-08 12:55:19 +0200 and 2023-05-08 13:13:50 +0200) but I'm not sure if there's an extra completion period for SEPA debits
