You'd need to contact them to turn this back on via the Dashboard.

And we are their provider that allows them to pay with OXXO, I don't understand why they would shut down as soon as I turned them on.

The problem is that they don't know English, and the co-worker who speaks Spanish is not there. I'm going crazy...
