In CA, we only support CAD: Canada: CAD

Readers can only be registered to a location within the country that the device was shipped to or that the connected Stripe account is registered to in order to process payments in the local currency.

I think how you've set up your Connect reader's location might be an issue, you can learn more about it here: https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/features/connect. Since your connected account, req_Q7MPPRoQ2Z9cp6 is in Canada this request fails as it only supports CAD.
