I have various payment intents failed
The bank is returning a status of expired_card. The customer needs to talk to their bank about this issue

What does the error message say?
First intent and second intent
The message say: Payment failed because an invalid card or account number was entered
Suggest that the customer try again by entering the correct payment details. If that doesn't work, you can try another payment method

Again, this is the bank/card issuer declining the charge and telling us to not retry it (which is why future attempts are blocked)
