@sweet agate Can you share what the outstanding requirements look like on the account?
For standard accounts, I believe all that is done through the account's dashboard
I have a problem with the stripe, I can't activate the boleto option as payment
The only outstanding requirement is the ToS acceptance. It is a test-mode only Connect Account, and even when I "view dashboard as account" I don't see anywhere I click "accept"

A standard connect account is a regular connect account

right, I created the standard connect account with an email address that does not have any stripe account associated with it, for example I put in email "abc@myemail.com" but there is no stripe account with that email

That's what I'm saying. You can't switch to it. You need to log in as that account. First log out of your regular stripe account. Then sign in to the standard account here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

So in creating that standard account, you created a stripe account that you can log into

No I haven't tried yet because I don't have a password for that account, I never created one

I think I can resolve this by generating a new account link via the api and then following the prompts to create an account with the new email or just close it and create a new test-mode account with my email and then share it with relevant team members
