Yeah you should be able to access all that through the dashboard
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.

That shows invoice history
But if you're just using PaymentIntents, then I don't think it shows transaction history
Very nice! How does the customer access this? CustomerID? or is it tied to the email that was used to create the stripe customer?
You create a session for their customer id and provide them the link: https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management/integrate-customer-portal
