but in the first image, i tried different screen size, .p-GridCell--md6 this css does not have any value.

but in the second image .p-GridCell--md6 has value of 50% when min-width is 37.5

I'm noticing that mine is responsive. Seems to be based on the width of the parent div. If I load it in a div with 400px as width I see picture 1 and if I do 1000px I see picture 2
