Its not really a non-technical question

We have fee structure that includes Stripe fee and our fee but sometimes fees comes out differently, sometimes round up and sometimes round down but does not seem to have consistency on decimo value

Since you're asking about how Stripe fees are calculated, Stripe Support will be able to better advise you on that. We mainly help with integration questions or Stripe API specific questions here i'm afraid
