You'll need to do separate charges and transfers : https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers. And onboard the connected account on the recipient agreement : https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts

I see Cross-border payouts is only available to Express and Custom connected accounts. Can i switch from standart to custom later when i have the us company?

no, that's not possible. You cannot switch from Standard to Custom later. You'll have to re-create and re-onboard all the users
