- Shoud these two be diffrent products alltogether or should they be 2 diffrent pricing of a single product?
It's entirely up to you. Keep in mind though that coupons / discounts (if you use this feature) can be limited only to a specific Product and not Price. What this means is that e.g. in the future, if you want to have discounts only for basic 2000, then you should set them as separate products
- How do we configure our pricing to charge our customers like intended
i think you're looking for graduated pricing : https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models#model-usage-based-pricing-on-stripe
This is how we have configured it for now just wanted to know if there was a better way?
can you share why you need a better way i.e. what about this configuration doesn't work for you?
it looks fine to me if that's what you're asking, but you should always test it out to ensure everything is working as per what you've expected
in case you haven't seen this yet, you can use test clocks to mimic the passing of time : https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks
I had that concern because I also researched Chargbee, and they have a subscription model that aligns directly with our use case.
can you elaborate more on what concern you have exactly?
none, just wanted to confirm that we weren't using this workaround and missing out on a solution made ecaxtly for usecases like ours
Thanks for your help!
the isuue is we will have multiple plans and each of which have atleast 10 tiers(1000, 2000, 3000........) and managing them with our existing crm will pose a problem
what's the problem?
managing multiple products will be a problem for us, i wanted to know if there is a way we can configure all these tier under the same product
yes, you can configure all of those tiers under the same product if you want
can yoou please share how do we configure that?
you can take a look at this guide : https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/manage-prices#create-price
