Stripe onboarding only collects the information that's needed. I'm afraid it's not possible to specify additional fields to be collected. You'd need to collect them by your own system
Alright. One other question then. When I specify the 1099-misc tax capabiblity for U.S. Custom Connect accounts, the required address for mailing the tax forms is not collected, even though the dashboard says all requirements have been collected for the tax capability. Any idea why that may be happening?
(Both screenshots are for the same account. The screenshot of the missing address is from the tax form screen, I couldn't screenshot anymore information outside of that due to privacy.)
How do you know the address is for mailing the tax? Can you share the connected account ID (acct_xxx)?

I had already contacted Stripe support and they couldn't tell me either. It doesn't happen for all accounts, only a small handful, so I'll just keep manually entering it in when this happens.
