You would need to create those subscriptions separately then. Checkout doesn't know how to create multiple Subscriptions at once. You would have to either (a) use Checkout in setup mode to save the customer's Payment Method for future usage, then create multiple subscriptions with it, or (b) use a different product altogether to setup a Payment Method for future usage, then create the subscriptions separately.

this is a test image, what i want user expernice to be is that they add product in the cart and then they can do checkout, mind you in the cart they can add one time and monthly recurring item as well, so for monthly recurring item i want different subscriptions
