And did you confirm that their email matched the one on the customer in our system?

I'm able to access it with my own emails from a similar setup so I'm not sure why they wouldn't be able to access it

For some reason it looks like your account has this testmode email disabled for Customer Portal. You are going to need to reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login about this to get that enabled.
